style(cargo-type): 调整搜索栏标签宽度及表格样式

- 将搜索栏标签宽度从80px调整为50px，优化界面布局 - 覆盖Avue内置搜索栏label最小宽度样式 - 设置表格行高为44px，提升内容显示密度 - 调整表格单元格内边距为6px，增强视觉效果 - 维护偶数行背景色和边框颜色不变
