feat(src): 新增文章、地址和经销商申请相关页面

- 新增文章添加/编辑页面（add.tsx）
- 新增用户地址添加/编辑页面（add.tsx）
- 新增经销商申请页面（add.tsx）
- 添加相关配置文件（.editorconfig, .eslintrc, .gitignore）
