chore(config): 更新服务器API基础URL地址

- 将微信手机号登录接口地址从 server.websoft.top 更改为 glt-server.websoft.top
- 将API基础URL从 mp-api.websoft.top 更改为 glt-api.websoft.top
- 更新二维码生成接口地址为新的API域名
- 统一所有环境配置中的API基础URL地址
- 修改SERVER_API_URL常量指向新服务器地址
