fix(config): 更新开发和测试环境API基础URL配置

- 将开发环境API_BASE_URL从本地地址切换到线上地址
- 将测试环境API_BASE_URL从本地地址切换到线上地址
- 移除SERVER_API_URL常量引用
- 简化gltUserTicket接口请求路径配置
- 修改用户票券列表显示票号ID替代模板名称
- 注释掉票券状态标签显示逻辑
