chore(config): 更新开发环境数据库和Redis配置

- 将application.yml中的active profile由glt2改为dev
- 更新application-dev.yml中的MySQL连接信息，包括url、用户名和密码
- 修改Redis服务器地址以匹配新的环境设置
- 添加新文件expert-history.json和MEMORY.md用于记录扩展历史和内存使用情况
