chore(config): 添加GTL生产环境配置并更新项目名称

- 添加 application-glt3.yml 配置文件，包含服务器、数据源、Redis、MQTT、阿里云OSS等完整配置
- 将项目 artifactId 从 mp-api 更改为 glt-api
- 将项目版本从 1.5.0 更新为 1.0
- 配置生产环境证书加载模式为 VOLUME 方式
- 设置支付配置缓存键前缀和过期时间
- 添加微信转账场景配置信息
