feat(config): 更新多环境配置并添加AI模块支持

- 修改默认激活环境为glt2
- 在application.yml中启用SqlRunner功能以支持动态SQL执行
- 新增AI模块Ollama配置，包括基础URL、模型设置和RAG参数
- 删除废弃的application-cms.yml和application-yd.yml配置文件
- 更新开发环境数据库连接配置至新服务器地址
- 为glt环境添加业务模块接口URL配置
- 新增glt2环境配置文件，包含完整的开发环境设置
