- 隐私政策中更新平台名称及收集信息内容，增加申请材料和建言内容
- 登录页品牌文案和配色全面更新，采用蓝色主题并匹配新品牌形象
- 登录页和注册协议页面相关文案同步调整为广西决策咨询网风格
