refactor(credit): 调整信用模块数据结构和界面展示

- 修改CreditFinalVersion和CreditGqdj接口字段定义，调整字段顺序和内容
- 移除搜索工具栏中的添加按钮，暂时禁用该功能
- 更新行政许可编辑弹窗样式，设置宽度为70%并移除底部操作按钮
- 移除行政许可编辑表单中的多个冗余字段，精简表单内容
- 为信用相关表格组件添加选择功能和横向滚动支持
- 调整多个信用模块表格列配置，移除省略号显示，优化列标题
- 隐藏表格操作列，暂时禁用行操作功能
- 更新企业信息表格字段配置，增加更多企业相关信息列
- 调整企业表格显示逻辑，将名称替换为匹配名称进行展示
- 为多个信用模块表格添加复选框选择功能
- 移除部分表格中的备注字段，简化数据显示
- 注释掉行双击编辑事件，暂停双击编辑功能
