refactor(credit): 更新信用模块表格字段映射

- 将 plaintiffUser 字段统一重命名为 plaintiffAppellant
- 将被告字段从 plaintiffUser 更改为 appellee
- 在最终版本页面中修正 dataType 字段映射为正确的当事人字段
- 在股权冻结页面添加 appellee2 回退显示逻辑
- 修正信用修复页面的被告字段映射为 defendantUser
