feat(credit): 添加涉案金额字段显示并调整开发环境配置

- 在信用判决债务人页面添加 involvedAmount 字段模板
- 当 involvedAmount 为空时回退到 amount 字段显示
- 注释掉开发环境中的 VITE_API_URL 配置项以避免冲突
