fix(credit): 修正信用违约和公司信息页面字段映射错误

- 修复信用违约页面中原告/上诉人与被告/被上诉人的字段映射颠倒问题
- 修正信用公司信息组件中当事人的字段配置错误
- 注释开发环境中的API URL配置以避免冲突
