fix(shop): 更新经销商资金类型显示并移除三级分销设置

Browse Source 
- 将资金流水类型50从"新人注册奖"更改为"佣金解冻"
- 注释掉经销商设置中的三级分销选项
- 保持原有的分销层级选择功能结构
