style(table): 移除表格列的省略号配置并调整样式

- 移除了门店经理、所在省份、所在城市、所在辖区、门店地址列的ellipsis配置
- 调整排序号列的对齐方式为居中，宽度从120调整为90
- 移除了创建时间列的ellipsis配置
- 在开发环境配置中注释掉VITE_API_URL设置
