feat(cms): 新增案例分类相关字段及查询参数

- 在 CmsCase 实体中新增 categoryId 和 categoryName 字段
- categoryId 关联 cms_navigation.navigation_id，model 为 case
- categoryName 为冗余存储，便于列表展示
- 在 CmsCaseParam 新增 categoryId 查询参数，支持按分类筛选案例
