config(env): 更新环境配置和数据库连接信息

- 将默认激活环境从 ysb2 切换到 glt2
- 更新 glt2 环境的数据源配置，包括数据库名称、用户名和密码
- 修改 glt3 环境的 Redis 配置，更新数据库编号、主机地址、端口和密码
- 将微信登录控制器中的默认租户ID从 10550 更改为 10584
