feat(credit): 添加链接地址字段支持

- 在多个信用模型中添加 url 字段定义，包括信用违约、立案、公司、竞争对手等
- 修复法院公告模型中的字段命名错误，将 defendant appellee 改为 appellee
- 在前端页面中实现链接地址的展示功能，为名称字段添加外链支持
- 优化页面布局结构，调整部分组件的缩进格式
- 修复时间格式化函数的换行问题，提升代码可读性
- 统一表格列宽度设置，优化页面显示效果
