chore(project): 初始化项目配置和忽略文件

- 添加 .gitignore 文件配置忽略构建产物和依赖目录
- 添加 IDE 配置文件包括 modules.xml 和 site-electron.iml
- 添加 Uniapp 工具配置文件 UniappTool.xml
- 添加 electron 开发日志文件 electron-dev.log
- 添加打包进程 ID 文件 packaged.pid
