feat(components): 添加parentId参数和MP验证文件

- 在BNNews组件的pageCmsArticle调用中新增parentId参数，值为4131
- 添加了小程序验证文件MP_verify_Am0dcWhQs2e4LW9G.txt以支持域名验证
