style(rider): 优化骑手中心界面及功能入口样式

- 添加骑手订单统计数据，支持待取货、配送中、已完成与今日任务
- 增加刷新按钮，便捷更新统计数据
- 优化头像及用户信息展示，增加主题样式和背景装饰
- 新增快捷功能入口，展示待取货订单数量红点提醒
- 登录未授权时提示并引导登录
- 调整色彩风格，将多处组件背景色由浅蓝色调整为深蓝色，提高视觉一致性
- 管理页新增内容管理工具的基础UI布局
- 扫码确认页重构授权登录页面，改用科技风格设计，增加动态粒子动画和渐变光晕效果
- 协议打开方式改为跳转网页视图，移除旧版弹窗
- 修正部分组件样式，调整按钮及文本颜色，提升视觉效果和交互体验
