chore(nuxt): 清理生成文件和类型声明文件

Browse Source 
- 删除 .nuxt 目录下的类型声明和配置文件
- 删除构建相关的声明模块
- 添加 .gitignore 以忽略构建产物和依赖目录
- 移除冗余的 Nuxt 配置和类型定义文件
- 清理无用的组件声明和类型文件
