refactor(app): 注释部分提现页面路由并调整分类图标

- 注释了用户提现页面和提现记录相关路由，暂时禁用提现功能
- 修改首页tabbar中“分类”页的图标为新的分类图标和选中图标
- 保持其他页面路由配置不变，确保功能隔离和图标一致性
