style(cargo-type): 调整表格行高及注释部分样式

- 将表格行高从32调整为22以增强紧凑感
- 注释掉表头和数据行的 padding 样式，暂时禁用加高效果
- 注释掉表格容器的高度自适应样式，避免布局异常
- 调整分页组件容器的内边距以优化视觉间距
